We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Manager to lead human resources, compliance, and administrative operations. This role will report directly to the GM and CEO, playing a key part in aligning people strategies with business objectives while cultivating a productive and compliant work environment.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, PhD in Human Resource Management.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, E-commerce.
Certifications in labor law or HR compliance (preferred).
Lead HR policy, compliance, and organizational planning.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
Oversee performance appraisals and incentive systems.
Ensure labor law compliance and internal documentation.
Supervise admin operations, procurement, and vendor management.
Support internal branding and culture-building initiatives.
Implement HRMS tools and digital HR operations.
Manage crisis protocols and data protection policies.
